We reserve the right to search any backpack, bags, carts, or strollers for harmful or disruptive items.
All service dogs must be declared at time of ticket purchase and what staff should do in the event the dog alerts to a medical episode.
All services dogs must meet ADA guidelines and remain tethered/attached the their handler at all times.
Any service dog barking, defecating in theater, running loose, misbehaving, or causing issues due to lack of training will be asked to leave along with the handler.
All handlers are financially and legal responsible for any harm or damage done by their service animal.
Disruptive or harmful behavior will result in a person be asked or made to leave.
Children under the age of 10 or with behavior issues must be accompanied by an adult.
Seating is first come, first serve.
No recording, photos, or phone usage is to occur once the trailers start and throughout the movie. Anyone using a phone or recording device will be asked to leave and banned from the theater.
If you are asked to leave the theater due to violations of posted rules, unruly behavior, or illegal actions you are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be given within 30 minutes of the posted movie start time. After 30 minutes refunds will not be dispersed.
All patrons must be fully clothed. Clothing with offensive writing or images will not be permitted entry.
Facial masks may not be worn in the theater unless necessary for medical purposes.
The doors to the theater open 30 minutes prior to the posted movie start time.
Any personal items found in the theaters after the show will be held, unless perishable or illegal, for 30 days, and then will be donated.
