Your friends, family, colleagues can enjoy a special time at the Colonia Ballroom.  The venue is ready to host dinner, presentations, dances, and more.  With seating for more than 100 guests, the facility is the perfect setting for business or personal activities.  The ballroom is handicap accessible and we work with many local food vendors to customize your refreshments or dining experience.

Birthday Party & Bounce House Package

Birthday parties for children up to 10 years of age can take place at the Colonia Ballroom.  

Birthday Package Price $450.00


The Birthday Package includes:

Use of the Colonia Ballroom (For up to 75 guests)

Bounce House (Two types and sizes to choose from)

One Hour Set Up Time

One Hour Teardown Time

Three Hour Event

Use of Screen (for private showing of movies or games)

Rates

Base Ballroom Rental Fee is $150. per hour

Set up and Tear Down Hours are billed at $50 per hour*

Deposit Fee of $150. must accompany the rental agreement.  Fee is Refundable when cancellation is notified 14 days before Event

Alcoholic License is Required For All Events Where Alcohol Will Be Served (Many Local Catering Companies Are Available)

We Offer An Additional Service To Rent The Large Projection Screen and Projection Equipment

Bounce House Rental Is Available For Kids Parties (Special discounts are available for families)

Wedding Celebrations

Prices vary depending on requests and time requested for set up and tear down of venue.

Base Rate is $1500.00

Includes: 

4 hours day prior to event for set up

Private access day of event up to 6 hours

2 hour for break down after event

Caterers should contact with the theater directly regarding needs and to view the space prior to the event for planning purposes. 

Candles with flames are not permitted as part of the decorations. Candles which may be necessary for the ceremony can be discussed and will be considered based on size and type.
